Meat Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 beaten eggs
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. crackers, crushed
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 lb. ground meat
    1 c. cooked rice
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. green pepper, minced
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients. Add meat and mix well.
    Pat mixture into 8 x 10-inch pan, lined with wax paper.
