Irish Potato Casserole(Microwave) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 medium sized white potatoes, thinly sliced
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 onion, sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Place half of potatoes in a 12 x 8-inch glass baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Add half the sliced onion. Combine soup and milk.
Pour half over the onion and potatoes.
Top with remaining potato slices, onion slices and the soup mixture. Cover with plastic wrap, vent and microwave on High 20 to 25 minutes.
Rotate dish 1/2 turn after 10 minutes.
Let stand, covered, 3 to 5 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8.
