Barbecue Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/3 c. green bell pepper
    1/3 c. chopped carrot
    1 lb. ground chuck
    2/3 c. barbecue sauce
Preparation
    In skillet, combine onion, pepper and carrot with oil.
    Stir until tender.
    Crumble beef on top and cook until no longer pink. Stir in barbecue sauce and simmer 5 minutes.
    Serve on buns.
