Chicken Salad In Pita Pockets - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 skinned, cooked chicken breasts, diced
1/2 red or yellow pimento, diced
12 chopped olives (black)
2 green onions, diced
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 Tbsp. capers (optional)
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 c. mayonnaise (preferably homemade)
1/4 c. no-fat yogurt
4 whole wheat pitas
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in bowl except for pitas.
Warm the pitas in oven.
Cut in half and open the pockets.
Fill each pocket with chicken salad.
