Swiss Cheese And Crab Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. natural Swiss cheese, grated
    1 (9-inch) pie shell
    2 green onions, sliced, with tops
    1 (7 1/2 oz.) can crab meat
    3 beaten eggs
    1 c. light cream
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 c. sliced almonds
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Arrange cheese evenly over bottom of pie shell.
    Sprinkle in onions then crab meat.
    Combine eggs, cream, salt, lemon peel and dry mustard; pour evenly over crab meat.
    Top with sliced almonds and a sprinkle of cheese.
    Cook in slow 325\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or until set.
    Let stand 10 minutes.
    Serves 6.
