Taco Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. whole oregano, crushed
    1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans
    2 c. corn chips, crushed
    1 3/4 c. shredded lettuce
Preparation
    Combine beef, onion and garlic into large skillet; cook until meat is brown.
    Drain.
    Combine meat mixture, tomato sauce, water and seasonings in a medium bowl; mix well.
    Place 1/2 of meat into a lightly greased 2-quart casserole.
    Top with 1/2 of kidney beans; sprinkle with 1/2 of corn chips.
    Repeat layers.
    Cover; bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Uncover; bake 5 minutes longer. Top with lettuce.
    Makes 4 to 5 servings.
