Beef Tomato - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef (flank steak)
    2/3 c. shoyu
    2 tsp. crushed ginger
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. oil
    1 medium onion, cut in quarters
    2 stalks celery
    1 green pepper
    2 large tomatoes, cut in quarters
    2 tsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Cut
    beef
    into
    bite
    size chunks.
    In a bowl, combine shoyu, ginger and sugar.
    Add beef; marinate for 1 hour.
    In a pot,
    add oil
    and heat.
    Add beef;
    cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Set
    aside. Place onion, celery and green pepper in pot for 2 minutes.\tStir cornstarch into remaining sauce.
    Add marinated beef
    and tomatoes
    to vegetables; mix well.\tCook for 3 minutes.
