Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cooked spaghetti
    3 c. cooked chicken, diced
    3 Tbsp. grated cheese or more if desired
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 diced green pepper
    1 diced onion
    1 c. diced celery
    3 to 4 Tbsp. chicken stock
    slivered almonds (optional)
Preparation
    Saute green pepper, onion and celery in small amount of chicken fat or margarine.
    Grease 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
    Put in half of cooked spaghetti.
    Add 1/2 peppers, onion, celery and half of chicken.
    Spread with 1 cup of soup.
    Repeat the layers. Cover with grated cheese.
    Spoon 3 to 4 tablespoons of chicken stock over top to moisten.
    Slivered almonds may be sprinkled over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    May be frozen before baking. Cover with foil.
