Frozen Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium cabbage
    1 carrot
    1 small pepper, shedded
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. mustard seed
    1 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Mix cabbage, carrot, pepper and salt.
    Let stand 1 hour, then drain.
    Boil mustard seed, vinegar and celery seed 1 minute.
    Let cool.
    Blanch cabbage before freezing.
    Add second mixture to the first mixture, then freeze.
