Sausage Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 c. onions, chopped
    1 c. mushrooms
    1 clove garlic
    6 oz. tomato paste
    3/4 c. water
    1/2 c. red wine
    1 tsp. beef bouillon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Brown sausage and onions.
    Drain off grease.
    Add mushrooms, garlic, tomato paste, water, beef bouillon, salt and pepper; mix together well.
    Add 1/2 cup red wine; mix well.
    Combine sour cream and 1 tablespoon flour; add to mixture.
    Let simmer.
    Cook egg noodles until done.
    Rinse and stir into stroganoff mixture.
