Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. Oriental frozen vegetables
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 stick oleo, melted
    1 tube Town House crackers, crushed
    1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Cook vegetables as directed along with 1 cup celery.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Mix onion, cheese and mayo and spread over vegetables.
    Melt oleo and add to crushed crackers.
    Spread over vegetable mixture.
    Bake uncovered at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Delicious!!
