Rice Consomme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. rice (uncooked)
    3 or less onions, diced
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 can mushrooms
    1 can beef consomme soup
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
Preparation
    Saute onions and rice until brown in margarine.
    Put in casserole and add oregano and mushrooms.
    Add soup.
    Add parsley flakes.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
