Mexican Corn Bread Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. yellow cornmeal
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    2 beaten eggs
    1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 (4 oz.) chopped green chili peppers, drained
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
    4 oz. tomato sauce
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    In a bowl, stir together the 1 cup cornmeal, baking soda and salt.
    Stir in milk, eggs and corn.
    Stir in cheese, chili peppers (chopped) and onion; mix until well blended.
