Tuna Chef Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. wine vinegar
2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. dried basil leaves, crushed
dash of pepper
8 c. torn lettuce
2 cans water packed tuna, drained
1 1/2 c. cherry tomatoes, halved
1 small onion, sliced and separated
1 cucumber, sliced
1/3 c. diced celery
Preparation
-
Mix first 4 ingredients.
Chill. Toss remaining ingredients together.
Pour chilled dressing over and toss lightly.
Serves 8. Contains 78 calories.
