Cheesecake Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. Philadelphia light Neufchatel cheese, softened
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. low-fat milk
    2 c. Cool Whip lite, thawed
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat cheese, sugar and milk until blended and smooth.
    Fold in whipped topping and vanilla.
    Store in refrigerator.
    Use to dip cookies, cake cubes, fresh fruit, pretzel sticks, etc.
    Makes 2 cups.
    Contains approximately 6 calories per teaspoon.
