Divinity Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. white syrup
    3/4 c. water
    2 egg whites
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    English walnuts, finely chopped
Preparation
    Stir sugar, syrup and water well before putting on stove. When it starts to boil, cover for 3 minutes.
    Uncover and cook to 265\u00b0.
    While syrup is cooking, beat egg whites in electric mixer bowl; add salt and vanilla.
    When hot syrup reaches 265\u00b0, pour from height of 1 foot into beaten egg whites (keep beating until stiff enough to hold shape when dropped from spoon and loses it gloss).
    Add walnuts while syrup and egg whites are being beaten together.
