Rhubarb Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. rhubarb
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. oleo
1 egg
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. oleo
1/2 c. milk
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Cream oleo and sugar.
Add egg and beat well.
Sift flour and baking powder and add alternately with milk.
Pour over rhubarb. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0.
(Any other fresh fruit or canned can also be used.)
