Scalloped Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 qt. tomatoes
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3 slices toasted bread
Preparation
    Butter bread, cut in 1/2-inch cubes.
    Cook celery and onion until tender.
    In 1/2-quart casserole combine onion and celery mixture, 1/2 bread cubes and rest of ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Top with rest of bread cubes and bake 15 minutes longer.
    Serve hot.
