Eggless, Butterless, Milkless Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
    1 c. water
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. confectioners sugar
    pecans, walnuts or coconut (optional)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0 and grease and flour a small tube pan.
    In a bowl, beat water into mayonnaise until smooth; stir in vanilla. Sift flour, sugar and cocoa in a separate bowl.
    Add mayonnaise mixture and stir.
    Spoon into pan.
    Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until springs back when pressed lightly.
    Cool 10 minutes in pan and remove.
