Mixed Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box frozen mixed vegetables, cooked and drained well
    1 small onion, minced
    1/2 c. celery, minced
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    1 can kidney beans, drained and washed well
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Mix all the vegetables in a heavy saucepan.
    Add the flour and sugar; stir until thick and clear.
    Mix in the vinegar, salt and mustard.
    Cool overnight.
