2 c. strained persimmons
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. self-rising flour
1 1/2 c. sweet milk
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 stick margarine or butter
pecans, black walnuts or coconut
Preparation

Mix as for any cake.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes or until done.
