Shiny Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 small whole carrots
3 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation

Cook carrots in boiling, salted water until tender; drain. Melt butter in frying pan; stir in sugar.
Add carrots.
Cook over moderate heat, turning several times until well glazed.
Garnish with parsley.
