Oven Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    3/4 c. oatmeal
    3/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. milk
    1 c. catsup
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Combine and mix ground beef, salt, onion, oatmeal, pepper and milk.
    Form into small balls.
    Place in baking dish.
    Set aside. Mix together catsup, vinegar, sugar and water.
    Pour over meat balls.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 1 hour.
    Serve over potatoes, noodles, rice, etc.
