Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

1/2 c. margarine
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, beaten
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. oil
1/2 c. milk
1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
4 Tbsp. cocoa
2 c. chopped zucchini
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cream the butter and sugar.
Add vanilla and eggs; blend well.
Add oil, flour, baking powder and baking soda.
Add soured milk (milk plus vinegar), cocoa, spices and nuts. Add zucchini.
Put into a 13 x 9-inch pan sprayed with Pam. Sprinkle chocolate chips over top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
