Thick Hot Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sq. Baker's unsweetened chocolate or 1 unsweetened and 1 semi-sweet sq. chocolate
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. cream
2 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Melt chocolate over low heat in melting butter.
Add sugar and cream and stir until well blended.
Put over medium heat, stirring constantly, until all sugar is dissolved.
Do not let come to a hard boil, but cook slowly 4 minutes.
Beat in vanilla.
