Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
4 eggs
4 big apples, sliced thick
3 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Beat ingredients (except apples), liquids first.
Grease tube pan and flour it.
Put 1/2 batter in pan.
Slice 1/2 of the apples on top of batter.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
Add other half of batter.
Add more apples on top and cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Let stand 10 minutes.
