Vegetable Sandwiches - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. bell pepper (1 medium)
3/4 c. carrots (4 small)
1 small onion
olives or cucumbers (you may add)
Preparation

Beat cream cheese, mayonnaise, salt and lemon juice.
Put pepper, carrots and onion in a blender.
Add water.
Blend and drain.
Add to other ingredients and mix well.
Refrigerate overnight.
