1/4 c. other flour (oat, barley, buckwheat, millet or use wheat if not available)
2 Tbsp. wheat germ
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
1 c. buttermilk
1/4 c. (or more) skim milk
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Add

cinnamon
