Basic Multigrain Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. whole wheat flour
    1/3 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 c. other flour (oat, barley, buckwheat, millet or use wheat if not available)
    2 Tbsp. wheat germ
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/4 c. (or more) skim milk
    2 eggs
    1/4 tsp. vanilla

    you can add a variety of fruits to these pancakes (cranberries, blueberries, raisins, apples, pears and bananas).
