Delmonico Deviled Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 whole boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in half
    4 Tbsp. butter, softened
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard or Dijon mustard
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Mix butter, mustard, vinegar, salt and paprika.
    Rub the mixture over the chicken.
    Place chicken in a shallow roasting pan.
    Sprinkle evenly with the crumbs and bake for 40 minutes or until done in a 375\u00b0 oven.
