Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 potatoes
    1/4 c. butter
    2 c. Colby cheese, grated
    1 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. onion flakes
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil potatoes with skins on; let cool.
    Grate or chop coarsely.
    Set aside.
    Melt butter over low heat.
    Remove from heat and add cheese, sour cream and onion flakes.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Stir in potatoes and bake in a buttered casserole at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
