Marinated Flank Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 beef flank steak (about 2 lb.)
    3 Tbsp. ketchup
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 tsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Place flank steak in an 11 x 7 x 2-inch glass dish.
    Combine remaining ingredients and pour over meat.
    Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours.
    Remove meat, discarding marinade.
    Grill until meat reaches desired doneness, about 4 minutes per side for medium and 5 minutes per side for medium well.
    Slice into thin strips across the grain to serve.
    Makes 8 servings.
