Buttered Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sliced carrots
2 c. boiling water
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. butter
1 small minced onion
Preparation
-
Boil carrots in salted water about 15 minutes.
Drain.
Add butter and onion; stir over low fire 5 minutes (until onions are tender).
