Baked Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cubed chicken or turkey
2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped toasted almonds
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2/3 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
1/2 c. grated American cheese
1 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation

Combine all except cheese and potato chips.
Toss lightly and put in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Spread chips and cheese on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 25 minutes until heated through and browned.
Garnish with paprika and parsley.
