Sauce Mornay - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. grated Swiss cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk

    Stir in flour. Add milk and cook, stirring constantly, until it boils.
