Heavenly Potato Topping - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 cube margarine
    1 1/2 Tbsp. milk or cream
    2 green onions, chopped
    fresh parsley, chopped
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    garlic to taste
    2 Tbsp. safflower oil or peanut oil
    1/2 lb. sugar snap peas, trimmed
    1/2 c. sliced water chestnuts
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1/2 tsp. grated ginger root or 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    dash of hot pepper sauce
    4 to 5 sprigs cilantro
Preparation
    Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
    Add peas.
    Stir-fry 2 minutes.
    Add water chestnuts, garlic, ginger, soy sauce and hot pepper sauce.
    Cook 2 minutes, or until peas are crisp-tender.
    Garnish with cilantro sprigs.
    Serve immediately. Makes 3 to 4 servings.
