Crumb Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. brown sugar
2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sour milk
1 egg
1/2 c. shortening
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream sugar and shortening.
Add flour.
Mix well and reserve 1 cup of mixture.
Add rest of ingredients to crumb mixture.
Beat well.
Put in shallow pan.
Sprinkle top with cup of crumbs and bake at 350\u00b0 about 30 minutes.
