Hot Tamales - cooking recipe

    4 to 5 Tbsp. cayenne pepper (decrease to 2 Tbsp., then to taste)
    1/2 c. mustard
    1 box sage (0.43 oz. size)
    4 onions
    3 Tbsp. salt
    7 potatoes
    2 c. meal
    1 to 2 tsp. chili powder
    1 1/2 c. water
