Tuna Pat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    2 (7 oz.) cans tuna (packed in water), well drained
    2 Tbsp. chili sauce
    2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped or 2 Tbsp. dried
    1 tsp. instant minced onion
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
    Pack into a well-oiled 4-cup mold.
    Chill at least 3 hours or overnight.
    Unmold onto a serving plate and garnish with parsley.
    Serve with crackers.
    Makes 1 four-cup mold.
