Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 cups of self rising flour
    1 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
    1 1/2 cups of sugar
    1 cup of buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 tsp. cocoa powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vinegar
    2 eggs
    1 bottle McCormick's Red food color
    1 bottle of water (use food coloring bottle)
Preparation
    Pour all ingredients into a large bowl. Mix until smooth and creamy (10 minutes). Spray three 9 inch round cake pans with cooking spray. Divide cake mix between all three pans. Bake at 325 for approximately 15-20 minutes or until done.
