Japanese Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked rice
    2 eggs, scrambled and chopped
    1 c. leftover chopped, cooked meat (chicken, ham, shrimp or beef)
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Mix all the ingredients in a saucepan.
    Heat the mixture thoroughly.
    Serve hot.
    Makes 6 servings.
    Fun to eat with chopsticks.
