Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen spinach, chopped
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. mayonnaise or 3/4 c. fat-free mayonnaise
    1 c. shredded sharp cheese
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 stick margarine
Preparation
    Cook spinach as directed on package; drain.
    Mix all ingredients; pour into a 9 x 9-inch dish.
    Top with crushed cheese Ritz crackers or bread crumbs.
    If using bread crumbs, use margarine to prepare them.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
