Hot Frosted Gingerbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. strong coffee
2 eggs
1/2 c. molasses
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. ginger
1 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Melt butter with hot coffee.
Beat eggs.
Stir in sugar and molasses.
Combine with warm mixture.
Stir in flour and ginger to make soft drop batter.
Stir in baking powder.
Spread dough on greased, floured cookie sheet.
Bake 25 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven. While, hot, frost with 1 cup confectioners sugar mixed with 4 teaspoons cream.
