New York Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cream cheese, softened
    1 lb. Ricotta
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 1/2 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 stick butter, melted
Preparation
    Mix cream cheese, Ricotta, eggs and sugar together until creamy.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix all together.
    Set oven at 350\u00b0.
    Grease pan well.
    Bake for 1 hour.
    Turn stove off and leave in oven for 1 more hour.
