Egg, Sausage, Cheese Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 red pepper, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 onion, chopped
    2 c. Ricotta
    3/4 lb. Fontina cheese, grated
    1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    10 eggs
Preparation
    Fry onion, pepper and garlic.
    Remove sausage from skin and fry.
    Drain well.
    Beat eggs and Ricotta.
    Add baking powder and flour.
    Mix add sausage, cheese, onion, pepper and garlic mixture. Butter and flour a souffle type dish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour until golden brown.
    (Test center after the hour to see if set. Cook until center is set.) I sprayed dish with Pam.
    Run a knife around to loosen from pan.
