Peach Preserves - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 c. peaches, crushed
8 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
Preparation

Cook peaches and sugar 15 to 20 minutes, stirring often.
For thicker preserves cook until desired thickness.
Remove from heat; add spices.
You may use more or less spices.
Overripe peaches work best.
