Stuffed Bell Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bell peppers
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1/3 c. Minute rice
    1 can tomato soup
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix 1/4 cup of soup with other ingredients.
    Add a little water, if needed.
    Form balls and put into peppers.
    Additional balls can be put between peppers.
    Pour remaining soup and 1 can of water over peppers.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat to barely boiling.
    Cover and cook 1 hour.
