Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can cranberry sauce (whole berries)
1/3 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger (ground)
6 fresh pears, pared, cored and quartered
2 medium oranges, peeled, sliced and halved
Preparation

In saucepan, combine first 5 ingredients.
Bring to boiling. Place pears and orange slices in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Pour cranberry mixture over fruit.
Cover.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until pears are tender.
Serve warm.
Makes 6 servings.
