Chocolate Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large angel food cake
6 whole eggs
1 pt. whipping cream
2 small pkg. Toll House chocolate chips
4 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Melt chocolate chips in double boiler and let cool, then stir in slightly beaten egg yolks.
Whip cream and stir in chocolate chips.
Beat egg whites until stiff and stir in sugar.
Then fold into the chocolate mixture.
Break angel food cake into small pieces and put a layer in large buttered dish, then a layer of chocolate mixture, then another layer of angel food bits and then a layer of chocolate mixture.
Refrigerate for 24 hours.
Will make a serving for 12 or 14.
