Sherry Butter Nut Drops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 1/3 cup confectioners sugar
1/4 tsp salt
3 1/3 cup sifted flour
1/2 cup sherry wine
1 cup finely chopped pecans
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy and light.
Add salt and mix well.
Add flour alternately with the sherry, beating well. Stir in nuts.
Drop from teaspoon on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
Makes 100 cookies.
