Microwaving Wiener And Bean Pot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 (16 oz.) can baked beans
    1 (16 oz.) can lima beans, drained
    1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 pkg. wieners, cut in quarters
    1/2 c. catsup
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Serves 4 to 6.
    Combine onion, garlic and butter in 3-quart casserole.
    Microwave at High 1 to 2 minutes until onions are soft and translucent; add remaining ingredients.
    Push wieners to bottom of dish so they are buried under beans.
    Cover. Microwave 13 to 15 minutes until heated through, stirring, after 1/2 the time.
